Raft House, Khao Sok National Park
Our day began with pickup from the Tree House & an hour drive to the pier near Ratchaprapha Dam on the lake of the same name. We were joined by a German couple with their 3-year-old, a solo German girl & 2 guys from Mexico who all booked for the same tour as us. The 70-minute long-tail boat ride across the lake was interrupted by a stalled motor, a little unnerving in the middle of a deep lake! We finally came upon our raft house complex & were shown our duplex on the water. We had a couple of hours to relax & enjoy the water before lunch.
