A True Bed & Breakfast!
Gite Domaine de la Matte has been one of the neater places to stay not only because of the tray of breakfast food brought each morning at your designated time, but the other guests here have provided great playtime for the kids & enjoyable adult interaction. Libby is our host who is from England & moved down here with her husband & son to run this B&B. Not sure if he has another job or not... Its's is about a 20 minute drive north of Carcassone in the middle of open farm country with many vineyards of course.
